Do I need to bring anything to the class?
No. We supply mats. Just wear loose comforatble clothing.

Are there any contra-indications?
When you book, please advise me of any injuries or if you are pregnant. It is possible to practice with the above, but I need to know in advance so that I can assess your physical level of fitness.

Do I need a basic level of fitness?
If you are physically well and do not have any health conditions, you can practice Ashtanga. If you are in any doubt, please consult your GP before signing up to classes.

Yes, but there are some poses that are not advisable during this time. I will advise you if you let me know prior to the class.

If you miss a class you are welcome to make it up by coming to another class on another night in the same block. Please check availabilty before doing this. Under special circumstances, transfering a few missed classes to the next block is possible, as long as YOU PAY FOR THE NEXT BLOCK. And also let me know in advance.
