The ‘full led primary series’ class and the rocket class will be once a month @ 11 am at The Yoga Room The dates for this term will be:  

Led Class: 21st January, 25th February, 17th March and 7th April

Rocket Class: 14th January and 4th February

10 week block beginners: £90.00 (£85.00 concessions)

All other classes (9 weeks): £85.00 (£81.00 concessions)

Unlimited entry pass! £140.00 for the 9 week block
This pass entitles the bearer to any ro-yoga Ashtanga class, at any time, on any day

Sivananda Yoga Daytime Class
Rooted in ancient Indian philsoph, yoga uses varios poses, breathing techniques and meditation to achieve physical, mental and emotional balance and spiritual well being.

One of the most popular forms of Yoga practice today, Sivananda Yoga gives a perfect balance between Pranayma (breathing techniques), Asanas (poses) and relaxation.

In her early years Amee was taught by her grandmother, a qualified teacher of the International Vedanta Socity of Sivananda Yoga. Amee has been teaching Yoga intensely in India and Kenya and now in Edinburgh.
